Foods
and feeds nutritional analysis
| Basic calorie (general composition)
analysis, including water, protein, fat, ash content,
vitamin, saccharide, salt and water activity testing etc. In
addition, we will offer the most appropriate testing method,
either qualitative or quantitative, for further testing
regarding the item that affects quality the most for each
testing.
For example:
| Protein amino acid
composition or quality testing includes: amino nitrogen,
which can digest protein, urea, formaldehyde nitrogen etc. |

acid composition, acid value, peroxide value, iodine value,
saponification value, steroidal, lecithin and special fatty

Hygiene
condition testing

Since microorganisms could
contaminate food, container, packaging, factory, equipment
and processing procedure, these should all undergo hygiene
condition tests. Testing items include: hygiene condition
analysis (aerobic plate counts, coliform, E Coli,
salmonellas spp., staphylococcus aureus, vibrio
parahemolyticus, listeria monocytogenes, vibrio cholerae
etc), and microorganism testing (eg: heat-resistant
bacteria, acetobacter, anaerobic bacteria, mold, yeast,
lactic acid bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, aflatoxin etc) |
Heavy
metal and water quality analysis

Heavy metals emitted from
petrochemical plants severely contaminate Taiwan's soil and
rivers, and directly influence agricultural and
aqua-products' safety. In addition, upspring of all sorts of
adulterated food has destroyed consumer confidence. Hence,
immediate action is required to effectively control water
quality, food ingredients, processed food, agricultural and
fishery products, even cosmetics and medicine. Amongst
those, heavy metal is one of the most important indices. We
are an expert in testing toxins or other heavy metal
elements which may affect food safety (including: cadmium,
lead, arsenic, mercury, etc). |
